Fall 2024 Room Availability: We currently have a variety of room options available for immediate move in. If you are enrolled in classes and have confirmed your payment arrangements, visit the Central Housing Office on the first floor of 75 Piedmont Ave to discuss your housing options with our assignments team.
Perimeter College Students Perimeter College students are not eligible for housing on the Downtown Atlanta campus. If you have already applied for housing, please contact us at housing@gsu.edu to begin the process of receiving a refund of your room reservation fee.
